This cool couple and their kitty Hudson bought an old home in Halifax’s West End. Slowly-but-surely, they began updating each space, and it was finally time for the kitchen. Working with our design team, they decided a small addition would give them the space they needed.

We kept as many original details as possible, including the 80 year old wood joist joining the 2 spaces. The frameless and sleek slab style cabinets and quartz counter-tops mix effortlessly with the warm wooden butcher block workspace and the herringbone tiled backsplash. The pantry was combined with the exposed laundry space to create plenty of storage and a very European-style space.
